The partnership also aims to advance command and control operations in support of the Joint All Domain Command and Control Initiative and Advanced Combat Management System.

“Command and control is about decision-making superiority and this partnership will improve security and protection,” said Colonel Fred Garcia, director of the AFRL’s information directorate.

The MOU will also make it easier to build, integrate, and maintain AI/machine learning command and control functionality, paving the way for “simpler setup to enable better management and performance.” , added Garcia.
